Event | INIVA Black Visual Sound Practices with Cheraine Donalea Scott (2020)
Black Visual Sound Practices (2020) was an interactive event developed with the Stuart Hall Library that invited audiences to encounter Black British music through archival, visual and sonic materials. By curating a series of audiovisual encounters across the library space, the project explored how listening could become a way of engaging with history, memory and political feeling, bringing together sound, images and archival material as sites of collective reflection.
